What would you give up in order to buy a book? I heard a stray comment at a conference recetly that really got me thinking. One latte costs the same as a Harlequin book. Two lattes equal a longer book. When I thought about it that way, it was suddenly like, “Wow!” Even with tightening our financial belt lately, we really COULD afford an extra book here and there by cutting out lattes. (Or in my case, I swapped from lattes to coffee with LOTS of milk. 🙂
That made me curious. You’re all bookjunkies like me. Soooo what sorts of things would you give up in order to keep your TBR pile stocked?
