Include a $10 US dollars POSTAL MONEY ORDER  (made out to Catherine Mann.)  The $10 covers cost of book, tax, packaging and priority postage.  Please include adequate postage for orders placed from out of the country.

 

*Also note, I am always more than happy to sign backlist books if you include a self-addressed, stamped, return envelope/box (NO metered mail. US stamps only.)  Please also include how you would like the books autographed.  Please fill out a separate order form for each book ordered.
